How easy is DumiCycle to use?

DumiCycle is designed to be the most user-friendly program, usable by anyone with basic computer knowledge.

Is it suitable for my company?

DumiCycle is used across all types of organizations, from single-owner companies to corporations, banks, auditing firms, and embassies.

Is any special printer required to print cheques?

No, it supports almost 99% of printers available.

Does DumiCycle have predefined settings for every bank cheque?

Yes, more than 100 global bank cheque templates are pre-aligned. Users can also define their own.

Does DumiCycle support batch printing and EMI cheques?

Yes. You can prepare and print EMI cheques in less than five minutes.

Will the amount in words print automatically or must it be typed?

You only enter numeric value; DumiCycle automatically converts it to words.

Is DumiCycle an accounting system?

No. It is a complement to accounting packages, not a replacement.

Can reports be generated from DumiCycle?

Yes. Reports by date, bank, party, bank reconciliation, vouchers, etc., are available.

What happens to demo data after registration?

All demo data and settings are retained safely after registration.

Can post-dated cheques be printed?

Yes. You can easily change the cheque date while preparing.

Can one license be installed on multiple computers?

No. Each license is for one computer. Additional systems need additional licenses.

Does it integrate with ERP systems like Tally/SAP?

No direct integration.

Does the software work on Mac?

Only if Windows is configured on the Mac. It’s not natively compatible with Mac OS.

You can re-register DumiCycle on the same or a new computer, provided you have the saved data.
